Slnečnice Nursery

Nursery for children from 1.5 to 3 years

Slnečnice Nursery

Residence complex Slnečnice is situated on the outskirts of Petržalka, in a newly established area. Its
intention is to serve parents from all over Petržalka and adjacent villages such as Jarovce, Rusovce, Rajka. The
facility is modernly furnished and equipped in the spirit of Montessori education. However, we try to
combine the best from different directions. There is a pleasant forest next door and playgrounds within easy
reach.

Drawing from my personal experience, I've come to appreciate the significance of a respectful approach
and an enriching environment in the education of children. Sadly, these aspects are sometimes undervalued
by society. Consequently, we make it our mission to provide daily guidance to each child on their journey
toward discovering inner equilibrium, self-assuredness, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. Our
ultimate goal is to empower every child to lead a fulfilling, joyful, and intellectually stimulating life. This, in
    essence, defines Bystrá škôlka.

A teacher's foremost responsibility is to assist children in their journey of progress, fostering their growth
and facilitating their exploration of the world that surrounds them. In doing so, we become their mentors
during this critical time in life. By employing a respectful approach within a secure and stimulating
environment, we have the privilege of positively molding a child's character, elevating their self-esteem, and
fueling their motivation to acquire new knowledge from a very young age. These fundamental elements are
what makes this profession truly fulfilling for me.

One of the reasons I hold learning in high regard is the sense of liberation it offers. Only individuals
equipped with sufficient information and knowledge can independently make decisions in specific
situations. As an educator, my aim is to provide love, support, safeguarding, and empathy
throughout a child's developmental journey. Recognizing the uniqueness of each child, I approach
them with respect and open arms. Embracing my students with dignity, affection, and unwavering
belief in their potential is a key to achieving success. A modern teacher isn't merely a purveyor of
knowledge but also an active learner in the process. The most gratifying reward for me is witnessing
the joy in their eyes and receiving their heartfelt hugs.

Ever since my childhood, I have always wanted to become a teacher. I have always had a need to help the
others. What I really enjoy is the support I can provide while overcoming obstacles that lead to a better
understanding of one's character. The best thing about being a teacher is the feedback I get from the
children. An honest smile is the best reward a person can get.

The world of children has always held a special place in my heart, and my dream is to actively participate in it.
Montessori education offers an excellent foundation for early life, fostering qualities such as independence,
creativity, and perseverance in every young soul. Each child serves as both a motivating force and a wellspring
of inspiration for me, as their boundless innocence, unadulterated joy in the simplest of things, genuineness,
and love collectively brighten each day of mine. The phrase "Help me to do it myself" eloquently encapsulates
my mission, which is to empower every child. Day by day, children mature into more astute and self-reliant
individuals, capable of bringing smiles to the faces of us adults. Their pure-hearted souls are on a journey of
discovery in this world, and I am always eager to lend a hand in their exploration.

I firmly believe that the initial step in a child's journey is to experience acceptance and love, as it serves as the
bedrock for the development of their personality in all aspects. Consequently, it is my top priority to furnish
children with the appropriate support and instill in them the conviction that each one is singular and
extraordinary. Guiding a child in honing their abilities, nurturing their passions, and walking alongside them
on their quest for knowledge is what resonates most with me in this profession. Witnessing children who are
content and brimming with happiness represents the ultimate achievement for me.

Why did I choose this profession?
Children learn much faster than adults because they have not yet learned to fear."
    - Robert Kiyosaki
Fear, in any form, tends to hinder the journey towards success. Hence, children possess a significant
advantage in their lack of familiarity with fear and their boundless enthusiasm for embracing new challenges.
In my perspective, children serve as remarkable role models, teaching us that when we aspire to achieve
something, we must not let fear be a hindrance. This is just one of the many lessons I've learned from them,
compelling me to give back by dedicating my time, love, patience, and extending a helping hand whenever
    they require it.

Working with people, and particularly with children, ranks among the most fulfilling professions. This line of
work brings forth a plethora of emotions and experiences, which, though diverse, are predominantly positive
and beautiful. My extensive experience with children has made it abundantly clear that this is where my
fulfillment lies, and it's where I want to invest my time. There is a profound sense of satisfaction in
introducing children to new experiences and witnessing the joy and sparkle in their eyes when they
accomplish something independently for the first time. Nevertheless, success in this endeavor is not
arbitrary; it requires time and space. Hence, my aspiration is to provide assistance, support, and positive
contributions, always ready to extend a helping hand when it is needed. I firmly believe that the early years of
a person's life, particularly childhood, constitute the most pivotal period. This phase exerts a profound
influence on a child's character and their future as self-reliant individuals. My ambition is to impart crucial life
lessons and create the most wonderful and tender memories during this crucial time.
