Malé Krasňany
Residence complex Malé Krasňany is situated on the border of town and nature. It thus offers the possibility for young families living in this locality to place a child in their residential block. For the people of the city, the attraction is the proximity of nature, vineyards and daily walks in it in any weather.
The kindergarten is included in the network of schools and school facilities in the Slovak Republic, modernly furnished and built on Montessori principles, respectful communication and English throughout the day.

In my own experience, respectful attitude and stimulating environment is very important when it comes to educating children. It is often underrated in the society. That is why we try to guide every single child daily on their way to finding the inner balance, confidence and self-motivation to learn. Helping a child to become content, happy and smart is our purpose. That is Bystrá škôlka.

I have chosen to work with children because I really enjoy accompanying them in their everyday search for knowledge, activities and involving them as much as possible. I love to observe how they naturally and spontaneously learn, leaving room for their questions and supporting their interests. I am happy to rediscover world with them, to enjoy “here and now”. Last but not the least, I am glad that I can continuously learn something new within this area which I always found interesting thanks to my own children.

What I enjoy about my job is making a difference in a child's life. Seeing the light of excitement in a child's eyes when they accomplish something for the first time is an amazing experience and I feel so fortunate to be apart of that.

I always wanted to be a teacher, children were always close to my heart. What I like most about being a teacher is how kind and sincere children are. I love their pure joy, the way they can’t pretend, as well as their natural curiosity that helps them grow and develop. I am very happy that I am able to participate in the development of different personalities, each one of them having their own charm.

I chose to work with children because I enjoy helping and enabling children to discover the world together, to find answers to their questions together, and to support them in their endeavours. It is fascinating to observe how each child is different, finding the right individual approach and seeing their spontaneity in learning. The reward is their daily joy and the love with which they embrace us.

In my opinion, the teaching profession will never lose its relevance. Without teachers I cannot imagine the existence of mankind. After all, this is the person who educates, teaches, instructs the future generation.
