Our mission is to accompany and support the child to grow and get to know the world with respect and naturally, in a stimulating and safe environment that is based on the principles of Montessori pedagogy, English language and is in line with the state curriculum for pre-primary education.
Child from Bystrá škôlka becomes at the end happy, confident and satisfied preschooler with knowledge.

They said about us
Great experience with both our kids, instant adaptation, individual approach to each child, teachers are very friendly and lead the children towards individuality and creativity. I also liked the process of preparation for transition from nursery to kindergarten. Children are used to similar approach and do not experience fear of new environment.
Bystra skolka – nursery has been in our shortlist for children up to 3 years of age for a while. I appreciate a very motivated staff, especially teachers, children have the possibility to learn something new every day, they have time for being creative, and strenghten their vocabulary and personalities. Our daughter adapted rather quickly, nursery helped her to start talking and she started saying long sentences within months. The teachers helped with potty training during the day and losing the nappies during midday nap. This nursery also picked a great healthy supplier for food. I also appreciate the morning filter to find out if any of the children are sick and should not be in the group for that particular day.
My daughter has been attending Bystra skolka for a third year and my son has also been attending it for more than a year. Both, us and our children are very satisfied. Children go to play outside regularly and they are always looking forward for a day in the kidergarten. Teaches are very good in their work and they are creative and very frinedly. Children learn English in a natural way.

In my own experience, respectful attitude and stimulating environment is very important when it comes to educating children. It is often underrated in the society. That is why we try to guide every single child daily on their way to finding the inner balance, confidence and self-motivation to learn. Helping a child to become content, happy and smart is our purpose. That is Bystrá škôlka.

I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to work with children, and to see their happy faces whenever they learn something new or make a progress. I am grateful for this job because no one can give you so much love and such honest feedback as children can.

The main task of a teacher is to support children in their progress, help them grow and learn about the world around them and be their guide in a very crucial part of their life. Thanks to respective approach in safe and stimulating environment we positively form the personality of a child, their selfesteem and their motivation to learn new things since very early age. These are the key factors that make this profession fulfilling for me.

I have chosen to work with children because I really enjoy accompanying them in their everyday search for knowledge, activities and involving them as much as possible. I love to observe how they naturally and spontaneously learn, leaving room for their questions and supporting their interests. I am happy to rediscover world with them, to enjoy “here and now”. Last but not the least, I am glad that I can continuously learn something new within this area which I always found interesting thanks to my own children.

Preschool age is a key period full of opportunities. It is therefore important to create a safe, respectful and stimulating environment for children in which they can grow, find their uniqueness and, especially, be happy. Provide them opportunities to explore, reflect and thus experience a sense of their own success. Being a teacher means not only passing on a pack of knowledge to children, but first of all providing them with support, help and love along the way. Being a part of their lives, helping them to form their personality and experiencing with them the joy of being able to do it on their own are the reasons why this job fulfills me and why I decided to be a teacher.
