Preparation time: 15-20 min. Baking time: 15 min.
Serves: 8 pieces
Ingredients:
•100 g of plain flour
▪ 1 and a half bananas
•1 egg
•50 g of white yogurt
• ½ baking powder
• ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
•30 g of butter
•pinch of salt
•1 teaspoon of cocoa
•fruit jam
Method:
1. To start, mash bananas using a fork.
2. Combine the mashed banana with an egg, melted butter, milk, and plain yogurt. Thoroughly mix
these ingredients.
3. To enhance the flavor and boost the immune system of our children, we'll incorporate cinnamon,
which also has anti-inflammatory properties, into our Brumi bears.
4. Add all-purpose flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
5. If you'd like to create cocoa-flavored Brumi bears, put cocoa powder to half of the prepared mixture
and blend it thoroughly.
6. Grease the Brumi bear molds with butter and fill them with the mixture.
7. Bake the Brumi bears at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 15 minutes
