In my own experience, respectful attitude and stimulating environment is very important when it comes to educating children. It is often underrated in the society. That is why we try to guide every single child daily on their way to finding the inner balance, confidence and self-motivation to learn. Helping a child to become content, happy and smart is our purpose. That is Bystrá škôlka.

Like Maria Montessori, I believe that "the child is not an empty vessel that should be filled with knowledge". Education should be about enabling children's natural curiosity and their nurturing upbringing. Using the Montessori method we can aid the full development of a child's personality. We help children become independent, responsible, kind, caring, and happy people. And seeing how we can change the world through happy children is why I love my job.

"Children may forget what you told them, or what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel. “
I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to work with children, and to see their happy faces whenever they learn something new or make a progress. I am grateful for this job because no one can give you so much love and such honest feedback as children can.

Even though I am an only child, I always liked being surrounded by other children. That is why I decided to become a teacher. Being a teacher is one of the most important professions, because it helps to shape the character and creates patterns and values of the ones who need it the most- children. I do love them and that is the reason I want to share all of this with them.
