Drawing from my personal experience, I've come to appreciate the significance of a respectful approach
and an enriching environment in the education of children. Sadly, these aspects are sometimes undervalued
by society. Consequently, we make it our mission to provide daily guidance to each child on their journey
toward discovering inner equilibrium, self-assuredness, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning. Our
ultimate goal is to empower every child to lead a fulfilling, joyful, and intellectually stimulating life. This, in
essence, defines Bystrá škôlka.

I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to work with children, and to see their happy faces
whenever they learn something new or make a progress. I am grateful for this job because no one can give

A teacher's foremost responsibility is to assist children in their journey of progress, fostering their growth
and facilitating their exploration of the world that surrounds them. In doing so, we become their mentors
during this critical time in life. By employing a respectful approach within a secure and stimulating
environment, we have the privilege of positively molding a child's character, elevating their self-esteem, and
fueling their motivation to acquire new knowledge from a very young age. These fundamental elements are
what makes this profession truly fulfilling for me.

Work in a kindergarten is my mission. In my opinion, children are very special beings with an endless ability
for love and sincerity. Being able to observe their progress and assist them in the most important part of their

Opting to work with children was a conscious decision born out of my genuine delight in accompanying them
as they embark on their daily quest for knowledge. I relish involving them as much as possible in a range of
activities. I take great joy in observing their innate and spontaneous approach to learning, embracing their
questions, and nurturing their interests. The sheer pleasure of rediscovering the world through their eyes and
embracing the 'here and now' is a constant source of fulfillment for me. Additionally, I am grateful for the
ongoing opportunity to acquire fresh insights within this field, an area of enduring interest that was further
ignited by my own children.

I always wanted to be a teacher, as children were always close to my heart. What I like most about being a
teacher is how kind and sincere children are. I love their pure joy, the way they can’t pretend, as well as their
natural curiosity that helps them grow and develop. I am very happy that I am able to participate in the
development of different personalities, each one of them having their own charm.
