In my own experience, respectful attitude and stimulating environment is very important when it comes to educating children. It is often underrated in the society. That is why we try to guide every single child daily on their way to finding the inner balance, confidence and self-motivation to learn. Helping a child to become content, happy and smart is our purpose. That is Bystrá škôlka.

"Children may forget what you told them, or what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel. “
I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to work with children, and to see their happy faces whenever they learn something new or make a progress. I am grateful for this job because no one can give you so much love and such honest feedback as children can.

The main task of a teacher is to support children in their progress, help them grow and learn about the world around them and be their guide in a very crucial part of their life. Thanks to respective approach in safe and stimulating environment we positively form the personality of a child, their selfesteem and their motivation to learn new things since very early age. These are the key factors that make this profession fulfilling for me.

One of the reasons why I appreciate learning is the freedom that it gives me. Only the person who has enough information and knowledge can decide independently what to do in a specific situation. As a teacher, I want to provide love, support, protection, and empathy during the development process of the child. Each child is different and that is why I respect and embrace the difference. Accepting my pupils with dignity, love and believing in them is a great key to success. A modern teacher is not only someone who shares information but also learns a lot during the process. The best reward for me is to see their happy eyes and receive many hugs.

Ever since my childhood, I have always wanted to become a teacher. I have always had a need to help the others. What I really enjoy is the support I can provide while overcoming obstacles that lead to a better understanding of one's character. The best thing about being a teacher is the feedback I get from the children. An honest smile is the best reward a person can get.
